NABARD Young Professional 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with the following minimum marks:
- 60% in Graduation
- 55% in Postgraduation
The educational qualification must be from a recognized University/Institution.
Work Experience
- A minimum of 1-year relevant experience is mandatory for all disciplines.
- Experience must be in line with the field applied for (IT, Cyber Security, Development, Finance, etc.).
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Candidates must have been born between 01-11-1995 and 01-11-2004.

Selection Process
The NABARD Young Professional Selection Process 2026 includes two major stages:
